Ordering your photo & video package ↓

📦 What’s included?

Your package includes all photos from the performances you order, plus videos if you select a photo and video package. There’s no need to select individual photos.

🎬 One performance = one item

Championship sections containing two dances count as two items. Please enter each performance separately and choose a package that covers your total number of items.

⏳ Processing times

Standard orders: 7–14 days
Priority processing: 3 business days
Express processing: 1 business day

We’ll email your download link once your package is ready. Please check your junk or spam folder too.

Visit our Order Updates page to see which order dates we’re currently processing. Please only contact us for a progress update if your order was placed before the date shown.

⚡ Need your order sooner?

Please select paid priority or express processing when ordering. A deadline written in the notes does not upgrade your order.

You can also request an upgrade after ordering. Email info@onstagemediaaustralia.com with your order or receipt number, event, dancer’s name and required deadline. We’ll confirm availability and send you a payment link.

The upgraded turnaround begins once availability is confirmed and payment is received.

While we’d love to accommodate everyone’s requests, we keep our queue fair for all customers. We’re unable to bring orders forward without a paid priority or express upgrade.

📁 Ordering from an older event?

Orders placed more than 60 days after an event incur a $20 archive retrieval fee. We currently hold video footage from 2023 onward.

📸 Stage School Australia customers

We provide photography only for Stage School Australia events. Videos are not available to order.
