Digital Downloads & Copyright
1. Copyright Ownership
All photographs and video recordings remain the intellectual property and copyright of On Stage Media Australia at all times.
The purchase of a digital download does not transfer copyright ownership.
2. Licence for Personal Use
Upon purchase, the customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use only.
Personal use includes:
- Private viewing
- Sharing with immediate family
- Uploading to a personal social media account (provided the media is not altered and watermarking, if present, is not removed)
3. Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from On Stage Media Australia:
- Commercial use of any kind
- Use for studio advertising, promotional reels, or business marketing
- Editing, altering, cropping, or applying filters
- Removing watermarks
- Uploading to public video platforms for monetisation
- Distributing, forwarding, or sharing digital download links
- Providing copies to third parties, including dance schools or teachers
Purchase of a digital product does not permit redistribution.
4. Download Access & Security
Digital downloads are provided for the purchaser’s personal access only.
Customers must not:
- Share download links
- Circumvent gallery protections
- Attempt to copy, extract, or reproduce files beyond the licence granted
On Stage Media Australia reserves the right to revoke access where misuse is identified.
5. Liability After Delivery
Once digital files have been delivered or download access has been granted, On Stage Media Australia is not responsible for:
- Loss of files
- Corruption of files due to customer storage
- Sharing or misuse by third parties after download
Customers are responsible for backing up their purchased files.
6. Breach of Licence
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of media may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access
- Invoicing for commercial licensing fees
- Legal action where necessary
